About the role:
We are seeking a talented Website Designer / Developer for a remote (work-from-home) position. You will be tasked with designing, developing, and implementing websites and landing pages. This role involves working on our client's own website and on projects for our clients, with a significant focus on WordPress.

Responsibilities:

Develop responsive, visually appealing websites using WordPress and other platforms.
Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs.
Ensure website functionality, including regular updates and maintenance.
Optimize websites for speed and scalability.
Install Google Analytics 4 and other tracking codes.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members.
Stay abreast of the latest trends in web design and WordPress development.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Website Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing
WordPress projects and graphics you have developed
Advanced knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin customization.
Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
Understanding of SEO principles.
Tracking code and A/B testing experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Must be available to work during Central Time business hours.

Details and benefits

Work hours: Full-time role. 9- 5 pm Central Time (Monday to Friday 40 hrs per week)
US Holidays observance
Salary: 2500 -3000 USD monthly.
Unlimited PTO
Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM.
