Role Overview
The RevOps Specialist will optimize and align sales, marketing, and customer success operations to drive revenue growth. They focus on improving processes, implementing scalable systems, and automating workflows. The role involves conducting data-driven analysis, collaborating across teams, maintaining data integrity, and providing insights to track key revenue metrics like lead conversion and customer retention. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance through strategic initiatives.


Responsibilities
  • Targeted Database Segmentation
    • Segment customer data for tailored campaigns and optimize data structures for seamless reporting.
  • Data Management and Integrity
    • Maintain CRM data quality through regular cleaning, deduplication, and validation.
    • Handle data imports, exports, and updates to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Insightful Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Generate actionable insights to support marketing, sales, customer success, and service initiatives.
    • Develop custom dashboards and reports to track KPIs, including acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Revenue Operations Strategy
    • Help develop and implement revenue strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
    • Develop and maintain revenue dashboards to track key metrics such as sales pipeline, lead conversion, churn, and renewals.
  • Data Integration and Compliance
    • Coordinate integrations with other systems and ensure compliance with data regulations.
    • Maintain secure data practices, including customer consent management.
  • Process Optimization and Documentation
    • Document processes and identify workflow improvements for efficient data handling.
  • Collaborative CRM Support
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and service teams to understand data needs and provide CRM support.
    • Train users on best practices and assist with CRM enhancement projects.
  • Strategic Process Automation and Optimization
    • Identify and evaluate opportunities for process automation, focusing on scalability for business growth.
    • Conduct root cause analysis to define problems, gather data, and implement effective solutions.
  • Lead-to-Revenue Oversight
    • Oversee the lead-to-revenue process, ensuring efficient lead distribution and follow-up across teams.
    • Partner with sales leadership to provide tools, training, and insights that improve performance and close rates.

Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in business, revenue, or sales operations, ideally within SaaS or B2B global startups.
  • Minimum of least 3-5 years in HubSpot, focusing on CRM management, marketing automation, and sales enablement.
  • HubSpot certification is required, with additional relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in setting up workflows, managing email sequences, and building custom reports in HubSpot.
  • Experience with HubSpot integrations and troubleshooting issues related to data flow and functionality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting data insights.
  • Proven experience in the B2B SaaS sector, particularly in the US market, with a strong focus on data management, analysis, and CRM optimization.
  • Solid understanding of inbound marketing methodologies, sales funnels, and customer journey mapping.
  • A dedication to aligning revenue-related functions and enhancing business performance.
  • Experience in generating actionable insights from data analysis to support sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.
  • Clear English communication skills are required, though accents are acceptable.
  • Ability to work some hours overlapping with US time zones, reporting directly to the CEO based in Seattle.
