Role Overview:
We’re looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Account Manager to our client's team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 30-35 clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with the rest of the team to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for each client.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized attention to a large portfolio of clients, ensuring each receives dedicated and responsive service tailored to their specific needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify and address potential challenges before they escalate.
- Monitor and track client satisfaction levels and make improvements as necessary.
- Provide timely updates and communication to clients on their shipments, logistics, and any issues that may arise.
- Quickly solve all client-related problems by collaborating with key internal stakeholders to ensure fast and effective resolution, managing a high volume of client inquiries.
Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in account management, customer success, or a related field.
- Strong customer service mindset with a high level of accountability, proactivity, and friendliness.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients, handling inquiries, and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent English communication skills, including a close-to-native accent.
- Background or experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Details and Benefits:
- Salary range: $1,300 - $1,500
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, regular office hours (MST).
- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks per year.
