Overview
Our client, a leading global digital engagement agency, specializes in creating innovative and highly customized digital loyalty and promotional campaigns for world-renowned brands. They leverage their proprietary technology to design scalable, high-performing digital solutions, integrating both creative and engineering components. They are now seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the successful execution of technical web implementations, collaborating with internal teams and driving project success from contract signature to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop a deep understanding of technical and functional project requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to define deliverables, schedules, and tools for project execution, including API integrations, development milestones, and testing.
- Project Management: Lead project teams through all phases of execution, facilitating meetings, managing documentation, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure all activities align with scope, schedule, and budget.
- Risk & Financial Management: Monitor project risks and financials, working closely with teams to mitigate issues and ensure projects stay on budget.
- Resource Allocation: Work with management to ensure proper staffing and adjust team resources based on project priorities. Collaborate with Client Services to forecast future resource needs.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact during project implementation, ensuring clear communication with clients and third-party vendors. Post-launch, facilitate the smooth transition of the project to account management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing digital technology projects in professional services or agency environments.
- Proven expertise in digital strategy, web technologies, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Teamwork, and Google Workspace.
- Experience managing global teams and delivering large-scale, multi-lingual projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- PMP or relevant project management certification is preferred.

- Salary: $3,000 - $3,500 monthly + benefits
