Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing various design work, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually compelling content. As a Designer, you will work closely with their creative and marketing teams to produce high-quality designs that meet their client's needs and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation: Develop and design visual content for a variety of mediums, including digital and print materials, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and websites.
Branding: Work on branding projects, including logo design, brand guidelines, and visual identity development to ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all client materials.
Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, including project managers, marketers, and other designers, to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with project goals and client objectives.
Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their needs, provide design insights, and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and project requirements. Conduct thorough reviews to maintain high quality and accuracy.
Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design projects.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with web design and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Adaptable and open to feedback and collaboration.

Schedule: M-F, Business Hours, ET, CST, or PST (Full-Time)

The salary starts at 2,5K USD monthly plus growth opportunities and PTO
