Position Overview:
We’re seeking a talented Video Editor to handle post-production for marketing videos, case studies, and short-form social content. This role involves editing video, sourcing b-roll, adding animations and text, incorporating voiceovers, and selecting music. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for storytelling and visuals, along with experience in audio optimization and color grading.

Job Responsibilities
  • Edit and assemble video footage for marketing and social media content.
  • Source and integrate b-roll video and animations.
  • Add text overlays, voiceovers, and music to enhance video narratives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Optimize videos for various platforms, focusing on audio quality and color grading.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuously seek ways to improve skills and processes.

Job Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of video editing experience, with at least 1 year of experience in an agency setting, managing English-speaking clients/projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator); familiarity with Figma is a plus.
  • Creativity: Strong background in video production, motion graphics, drawing, design, or art.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with a focus on storytelling and translating complex ideas into engaging visuals.
  • Project Management: Strong self-management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously using tools like Asana.
  • Attention to Detail: A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Curiosity: Eager to learn and grow, with an entrepreneurial spirit focused on adding value to every task.
Salary and schedule:
- Job Type: Full-time 
- Salary starts at $2,2k
- Location: LATAM 
- Shift: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, EST
- Work setting: 100% remote
