About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated, independent, and creative individuals looking to start and build a career in sales for a growing technology company. This role is focused on generating new qualified leads by leveraging proven processes and methodologies in marketing and sales. Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling, outbound prospecting, and connect with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-ups to ensure continuous engagement.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate records of daily activities.
- Meet and exceed sales activity KPIs, including dials, conversations, and meetings booked.
- Articulate the company’s products and services to potential customers effectively.
- Respond to inquiries received via email promptly and professionally.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or at least 1 year of experience in a related sales field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and accept/provide feedback in a team setting.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong personality, intelligence, and an eagerness to tackle challenges head-on.
- Comfort with technology and a fearless attitude towards rejection.
- English level: C1 or higher.
- Linkedin Sales Navigator.
Details
- Schedule: 8 AM -5 PM EST.
- Salary: $1,200 + commissions.
- Expectation of 100 calls per day and securing 4-5 appointments per month.
