The role
We are currently seeking a Remote Recruiter / Sourcer to join our full-time team. The main responsibilities of the role are:
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements for each open position and contribute to the development of new strategies to engage and convert prospects
  • Research top talent and stay updated on current business news and sourcing strategies
  • Find, excite, and engage passive candidates
  • Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
  • Find creative ways to get candidates' attention during the initial reach-out stages
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions

Qualifications
  • Ability to report and analyze data on recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills, able to interact credibly with people from all levels of an organization
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, focused, and able to prioritize and drive efficiencies
  • Experience in diversity sourcing and creating a pipeline of diverse candidates
  • Display urgency and priority within teams
  • Ability to drive hiring processes that produce high-quality outcomes

Requirements
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous Sourcing or Recruiting experience
  • Proven ability to screen candidates and work with hiring managers
  • Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies and tools to engage and excite passive candidates
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative search techniques and tools
  • Sharp interview skills, with the ability to screen candidates for technical abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Details
  • 100% remote team 
  • Schedule: 9 am to 5 pm Central Time.
  • Candidate must be located in LATAM. 
  • Salary: $1, 000USD monthly + commissions per hire (10%)
