What you will do: 

You will play a crucial role in developing the BDR Process as well as identifying and seizing business opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will build out the BDR process as well as conduct digital marketing audits of potential clients, connecting with prospects on LinkedIn, and executing email outreach and phone calls to engage and convert leads into clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Building out/developing a BDR process

  • Conduct comprehensive digital marketing audits of potential clients to identify areas for improvement and propose tailored solutions.

  • Utilize LinkedIn to connect with key decision-makers and establish relationships with potential clients.

  • Generate qualified lead appointments.

  • Execute effective email outreach campaigns to introduce our client’s services and nurture leads.

  • Initiate phone calls to prospects, engaging in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and present of value propositions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies and campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.

  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business development. 

  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.

  • Marketing automation

  • CRM experience (salesforce, hubspot)

  • Proven Experience in business development, sales or a similar role, preferably  in the digital marketing industry. 

  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.


Details and Compensation: 

  • Full time Position

  • Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM.

  • Compensation: $1200 USD Monthly plus bonuses for success.
