About the roles:
We’re looking for several Marketing Assistants to join our remote team, supporting a diverse range of marketing initiatives for multiple clients. As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll work on key areas such as sales support, campaign reporting, social media management, and content creation. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing strategies, assisting with everything from scheduling meetings to overseeing blog content.

This role is 100% remote and is available exclusively to LATAM candidates who are flexible to work in US time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings with clients and sales teams.
  • Follow up on emails to confirm meetings and next steps.
  • Track and prepare weekly reports on marketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights on performance metrics.
  • Ensure social media posts are scheduled and published on time.
  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of content across social platforms.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy and quality before release.
  • Attend weekly meetings to align tasks with client goals and timelines.
  • Prepare hourly invoices for clients and contractors.
  • Assist with various virtual assistant duties, including task management
  • Provide administrative support by managing and organizing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed
  • Manage content calendars, and blog posting, and ensure content is delivered on time.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years in a similar marketing assistant or administrative support role for US-based companies.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent English (written and spoken) is required for seamless communication with clients.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Familiarity with marketing, social media management, and scheduling tools is a plus
  • Experience with invoicing and administrative tools is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • 100% Remote: This position is open exclusively for candidates based in LATAM.
  • Flexible Hours: The role requires flexibility to work within US time zones.
  • Salary: $1,000 - 1,100 monthly. USD, direct transfer to your bank account
  • Benefits: 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year, US public holidays off, and excellent health insurance coverage.
