The role
As the TikTok Influencer Manager, you'll be in charge of creating and implementing influencer marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales, especially in TikTok. This role includes building and nurturing relationships with influencers, handling campaign logistics, and analyzing performance data to enhance future efforts. The perfect candidate for this role has strong strategic planning, creative thinking, and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of current influencer marketing trends.
Responsibilities
- The influencer manager will find and recruit suitable influencers for brand campaigns in TikTok: Identify promising partners for future collaborations, negotiate terms for new partnerships
- Negotiating contracts: Negotiate terms, conditions, and compensation.
- Develop and plan influencer marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with influencers.
- Monthly tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics.
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets.
- Ensure compliance with advertising regulations and standards.
- Execute projects with Media for influencer participation in photoshoots.
- Handle any issues or controversies related to influencer partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience with TikTok Shop or any similar e-commerce platform
- Exceptional organization
- Experience with influencer management or content management (experience in the influence world is required)
- Attention to detail
- Growth mindset
- Fast learner, can solve a problems independently
- Fluent in English, advanced written communication skills
- Comfortable navigating and editing spreadsheets, web apps
- Experience in DTC brands is a plus - BIG Plus if it is a fashion-oriented brand

- Work hours: Full-time role - balanced and flexible schedule. The brand is based in EST time
- Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 monthly.
- Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM.
