Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Community Manager with a proven background in similar work. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in community management, demonstrating a strategic approach to managing social media platforms, fostering engagement, and driving brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the social media presence for multiple accounts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and image.
- Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster community discussions and encourage user-generated content.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics for each account, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with account managers, graphic designers and photographers to provide updates on account status and client insights
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing trends.

- Salary: USD 1,100 per month
