Position Overview:
We’re seeking a talented Advertising Specialist to join our client's Ads team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and optimizing ad campaigns for a select group of clients. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive ROI on their ads, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
In addition to ad account management, other responsibilities will include reporting to the Ads Director and Client Strategy team on your accounts, following ads department processes, and doing a monthly deep dive or “Strategy and Performance Review” for each of your assigned accounts. You may also assist in the creation or maintenance of ads department documentation and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize Local Services Ads (LSA), focusing on budget allocation, lead tracking, and regional targeting to drive local business leads.
- Manage and refine PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Focus on ad copy, targeting, bidding strategies, and negative keyword management to reduce irrelevant clicks and costs.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate conversion tracking, event tracking, and custom metrics aligned with lead generation goals for clients.
- Ensure compliance with Google’s verification processes and policies for law-related ads. Manage documentation to keep accounts in good standing.
- Diagnose and solve complex campaign issues, such as underperformance, budget overspending, and low lead generation. Provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Work closely with the team, providing weekly campaign performance updates and collaborating on strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience optimizing Local Services Ads with at least 1 year of agency experience managing lead generation campaigns.
- Strong background in managing PPC campaigns, with a focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising. Experience with Meta Ads is a plus.
- Expertise tracking conversions/events to ensure accurate campaign performance data.
- Familiarity with Google’s account verification and compliance processes
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying and resolving campaign issues, optimizing for better performance.
- Familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Keyword Planner, Looker Studio, and CRM tools.
- C1-level English proficiency required
- Experience managing the full campaign process from setup to reporting
