Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage creative projects for 4-6 dedicated clients, gaining a deep understanding of their audiences, value propositions, and brand voice.
- Design a high volume of creative variations for paid social campaigns and organic content, ensuring - alignment with client goals and strategies.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and other team members to create visuals that drive results.
- Produce a range of assets, including but not limited to:
- Static graphics
- Carousel ads
- Short-form videos
- GIFs and animations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social platform best practices to deliver innovative and relevant creative content.
- Optimize creatives based on performance data and feedback to improve campaign results.
Qualifications:
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
- Ability to create on-brand content that resonates with different audiences.
- Experience in crafting creative assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
