Our client is an official TikTok Shop Partner and one of the fastest-growing TikTok Shop agencies in the US, servicing 7-9 figure household brands.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with influencers, building and managing long-term partnerships, and ensuring the success of influencer campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and client success, to ensure campaigns are aligned with brand values and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with the brand’s target audience and values
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, providing regular communication and support
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and execute influencer campaigns
- Host weekly community calls to engage with influencers, providing support and fostering a learning environment
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, especially on TikTok, to keep campaigns fresh and effective
- Use CRM tools to manage influencer relationships
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management and content creation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage influencers in a fun, professional manner
- Knowledge of TikTok trends and content creation
- Experience with CRM tools
- Content creation background is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in English
Details and Benefits:
- Salary range: $1,800 - $2,300
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, regular office hours (EST)
