Job Overview
We're looking for a PPC specialist to actively manage Google Ads accounts on a daily basis for local service businesses. You must have at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads.
Responsibilities:
- Manage +20 accounts, overseeing campaign setup, optimization, and performance.
- Execute Pay-Per-Click (PPC) strategies on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive lead generation conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, expansion, and optimization to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Design and implement coherent keyword strategies for new accounts.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify underperforming metrics, and diagnose and resolve issues.
- Optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates and overall campaign success.
- Communicate with clients via email to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Generate actionable insights from data to improve cost per lead, click-through rate, and lead generation volume.
- Collaborate with a team that manages over 100 accounts, treating client budgets with care and responsibility.
- Use critical thinking and creativity to enhance campaign performance and propose innovative solutions.
Requirements: - At least 24 months of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of PPC advertising principles, keyword research, bid strategies, and ad copywriting.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client and team interactions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive communicator with the ability to respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Experience creating ads for lead generation, particularly within the home services industry, is a plus. (Example: Pressure Washing, Window Cleaning, Deck Builders, Landscapers, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
Compensation and Benefits:
● Salary starts at $1,4k monthly
● Fully Remote Job
● Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm EST
